 Convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky gets his Penn State pension back, a court says. The Associated Press reported on Nov. 13, that the state must restore pension funds to former PSU assistant football coach. Sandusky's pension was removed three years ago when he was sentenced as a child molester. A Commonwealth Court panel ruled unanimously in favor of Sandusky. The court said the State Employees' Retirement Board erred by stating that Jerry Sandusky was a Penn State employee at the time he sexually abused 10 children. Sandusky ceased to be a PSU employee in 1999.
